About Your Trip

Tired of regular old rod n’ reel fishing? Try out bowfishing with Captain Gavin! This amazing trip takes you into the shallow marshlands of southeast Louisiana, where you have the opportunity to pick off fish the old fashioned (and more bad ass) way.

At night, you will set out for a 6 hour journey aboard an 18’ Alumatech Air Boat. This stealthy fish catching machine allows you to sneak up on your prey. It comfortably
fits up to 4 guests and the Captain. You will be targeting Redfish, but many Drum, Gar, Sheephead, and Catfish can be found too.

Captain Gavin will clean your catch, provide all the necessary equipment, and bring a cooler to keep your catch fresh. You also need to bring your own food and drinks, as well as a jacket to stay warm in the cold night air. All bows and arrows are provided by the Captain.

This once-in-a-lifetime experience should be both fun and rewarding. You should definitely bring a camera to document this unique trip!
