Come down and check an item off your bucket list in Cabo San Lucas! On this trip, you'll go after several incredible sportfish species with Captain Manuel, a true local expert from a multi-generational fishing family. There's truly no better opportunity to reel in a prizewinner.

Cabo is know worldwide as a sportfishing destination due to its unique location at the tip of the Baja Peninsula and its proximity to deep, rich offshore fishing grounds. These areas are ideal for pelagic predators such as Marlin, Yellowfin Tuna, Mahi Mahi, and Wahoo. Closer to shore, there's also opportunities for Roosterfish, a funky-looking Pacific gamefish that makes a great photo or trophy. Every single one of these fish is a true prizefighter, and they'll test your skills, strength, and stamina.

You'll be fishing from the deck of Captain Manuel's 31' Bertram sportfisher, which sports twin Cummins engines with a combined 420 horsepower. She's an ideal boat for this level of offshore fishing, and comes ready with everything you need for a comfortable and successful trip, including an air-conditioned cabin, a full head, multimedia sound system, staterooms, and more. Captain Manuel will supply everything, from top-quality rods and reels to all the bait and lures you need.

What you will need? A great attitude, some luck from King Neptune, and most importantly, some sunblock. You will also need to purchase a Mexican fishing license per day (16 and up need a license), or for the year, for everyone taking part in the fishing on the boat. Licenses are mandatory and can/will be purchased before leaving at the department of fish and game located in the Marina.

Please feel free to bring any extra foods or snacks you would like... including extra beer, water and sodas you can bring along or buy at the local store in the morning.

Fishing License are required, but can be purchased at the marina on the way out of the harbor with cash, credit, or debit. A fishing license is 21 usd each and live bait is 40 usd
Any additional snack/beverages can also be purchased at the marina when you stop to buy fishing licenses.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Manuel and Manuel Jr were great! Very friendly, informed and professional. Kept a neat comfortable boat and put us on the fish early. Came home with 3 nice Mahi/dorado and a yellowfin tuna. Definitely would recommend and will return to fish with them if I get back to Cabo.

Luis and crew were amazing, from the moment we left the dock they made sure we had snacks and drinks and we were on our way fishing! 15 min into trip we hooked a Mahi Mahi and then it slowed but Luis and his crew didn’t give up.
