About Your Trip

Welcome aboard Captain Jason's Louisiana sportsman's adventure! If you're looking to experience the thrill of reeling in big Reds or limiting out on "gator" Trout, look no further. Captain Jason is a seasoned guide with years of experience fishing the marshes of South Louisiana. His favorite spots include Golden Meadow and Leevile, as these marshy areas tend to fill up with fish—especially in the winter months! Jason can also pick up in Grand Isle and other locations, depending on where you're staying!

Jason runs his trips on a 24' Nautic Star bay boat, equipped with a powerful 300-HP Mercury engine, ensuring a smooth and comfortable ride. He specializes in using artificial bait and light tackle gear, but can provide live bait for an additional cost of $40-$80, depending on what the bait man has that day.
