About Your Trip

Are you ready for some prime-time offshore sportfishing on board one of Venice's finest fishing vessels? Join Captain Troy on his sleek 39' Contender center console, and chase down epic Wahoo, Tuna, Snapper and more!

Venice is the heart of Louisiana sportfishing, and there's no better way to take advantage than this trip with Captain Tony. He's an expert captain with years of experience on this water, so you'll be in great hands when you
go aboard with him. Whether you're a beginner looking to learn the ropes, or an experienced saltwater angler, this will be the trip of a lifetime.

You'll be out there on board a 39' Contender that's purpose-built for offshore fishing. She can handle all kinds of weather, and with three Yamaha 350s, you'll be out deep in a flash. The size and speed of this vessel enable you to be the first ones catching bait, and the first in line at the Tuna grounds. Plus, she has every bell and whistle that a dealer can come up with, including state-of-the-art radar and fish finding equipment. When it comes to comfort while fishing, you got it! There's a full bathroom to keep everyone comfortable all day.

Captain Troy will provide you with everything you need for a thrilling and memorable trip, and will clean your keepers so you can take home an amazing meal! The only things you'll need to bring are your fishing licenses, sunscreen (no spray please!), a pair of sunglasses, and a cooler for your catch. Get out there and have a blast!

I’ve fished in several states all over the country including AK and Troy was by far the best “Captain “ we have used. Picked us up right off our house boat! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Was also patient with kids. Will definitely be going back!

Amazingly the cost was the same, both were around $4,000.00 (this included travel to the site, lodging, food). The trip to the Baja was a 3 day fishing trip where this was only 1 day. The Baja included lunch and drinks on board.
