Welcome to Captain Dennis' Fishing charters, where big fish are always in season.

If you are in the Fort Lauderdale area and are looking for the fight of a lifetime look no further! We will be targeting GIANT Tarpon and Snook on relatively light tackle, hooking into fish in the 100lb+ range. These big Tarpon put on quite a show, jumping 6+ feet out of the water, pulling a TON of drag, breaking a lot of gear and a lot of hearts. But if you have the determination and with a little bit of luck you just might land the fish of a lifetime. Come out and test your skills against the most prized inshore fish in the world, The Silver King, Tarpon!

Captain Dennis specializes in inshore fishing for large Snook and Tarpon. He offers half-day charters for up to 4 anglers and will also supply all necessary bait and tackle. Sticking mainly to calm inshore protected waters, there’s no need to worry about getting seasick on his boat.

Family and kid-friendly, they cater to all experience levels, from the avid angler to the first-time fisherman. Times are flexible, so send the captain a message and let him know if there is a time that works better for you.

Hello, Captain Dennis here. I own and operate my Charters in Ft Lauderdale Florida. I have been a fishing guide for over 10 years between the north east and south florida.

I have always had a passion for catching big fish and over the years taking friends and family out fishing I decided to make a business out of me teaching anglers how to become better at the sport they love.

I run a 17ft Carolina skiff perfect for getting into tight spaces, skinny water and enough deck room to chase these big tarpon around. I primarily launch out of Cox Marina 15th st ramp in Ft. Lauderdale.

The techniques I use vary throughout the year but I primarily stick to live bait when it comes to Tarpon fishing. The biggest fish are over 20 years old and have been caught 100 times so fooling the trophy size tarpon isn't easy with lures.

Outside of guiding my time is spent with family and out on the water.

When booking with me you can expect to learn a lot in a short amount of time and then immediately be put to the test! The fish are big and strong and with the right technique you can land the tarpon of a lifetime!!

I always keep bottled water on board anything else you would like to eat or drink feel free to bring along.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

My Son and I went on a 4:00pm Trip.
The Fish got active from the get go.
Tarpon, Barracuda, Shark, Snook Ect.
My Sons first cast He was into one!
