About Your Trip

Join Captain Justin for an exciting striped bass and bluefish fishing trip focused on some of the most thrilling inshore and nearshore action available. These trips are designed around targeting aggressive fish using a variety of techniques including live bait, dead bait, and artificial lures, giving anglers a dynamic and engaging day on the water.

One of the highlights of this experience is live bait fishing for trophy striped bass. When conditions allow, you’ll first
catch bait such as mackerel and menhaden, then “live line” them in productive waters where big bass are actively feeding. This method is one of the most effective and exciting ways to target striped bass, with the potential to hook into fish reaching up to 50 pounds. When a big striper hits, the fight is powerful, fast, and unforgettable.

In addition to striped bass, you’ll also have opportunities to target bluefish, known for their aggressive strikes and strong runs. The combination of species and techniques keeps the action varied throughout the trip, with constant opportunities for hookups depending on conditions.

Captain Justin welcomes anglers of all ages and experience levels. Whether you are an experienced fisherman looking for a trophy-class striped bass or a family hoping to get kids on their first fish, the trip is tailored to make the experience fun, approachable, and productive for everyone on board.

With a focus on hands-on fishing and proven techniques, Captain Justin works to put you in the best possible position for success while sharing local knowledge and guidance throughout the day.

Join Captain Justin for a striped bass and bluefish adventure where live bait, hard-fighting fish, and nonstop action come together for an unforgettable day on the water.

Hop aboard with Captain Justin for a high-energy striper hunt through Boston Harbor, the South Shore, and beyond. Born and raised fishing these waters, Captain Justin has racked up local tournament wins and landed multiple striped bass over 50 pounds. His goal? Helping you catch the fish of a lifetime.

Specializing in light tackle action, Justin targets trophy-sized stripers using live mackerel and menhaden caught fresh at the start of each trip. When the bite’s right, he’ll break out topwater
plugs for explosive surface strikes that keep your heart pounding. Whether you're a seasoned angler or brand new to the sport, Justin delivers a dialed-in experience every time.

A U.S. Coast Guard licensed captain with First Aid and CPR certification, Justin runs a fully insured, mobile operation—launching from wherever the bite is hottest: Boston, Cohasset, Scituate, Green Harbor, and more.

Catch and release is encouraged to protect the fishery, but your catch can be cleaned and filleted if you’d like to bring it home. If you're chasing a personal best or just an unforgettable day on the water, Captain Justin is your guy.
