About Your Trip

Join Captain Ben for an unforgettable day of inshore fishing in the scenic backwaters of Naples and Marco Island! Specializing in light tackle adventures, Captain Ben’s trips offer a perfect blend of excitement and relaxation in the heart of Southwest Florida's pristine waters. Whether you’re a seasoned angler or casting a line for the very first time, Captain Ben will tailor the experience to suit your skill level and fishing goals.

Choose from 4, 6,
or 8-hour trips to customize your day on the water. Opt for a half-day trip to explore the mangrove-lined waterways and hook into the morning or afternoon bite, or go all out on a full-day trip to truly soak in the beauty of the region while chasing a wide variety of fish. From spinning and jigging to fly fishing, Captain Ben offers it all—and he’ll gladly walk you through the techniques to ensure you’re set up for success.

Southwest Florida is home to some of the most sought-after inshore species, and Captain Ben knows just where to find them. During your trip, you’ll have the chance to target iconic species like Redfish, Snook, and the mighty Tarpon (season permitting). The waters are also teeming with Sheepshead, Mangrove Snapper, and Black Drum, along with Jack Crevalle and even Goliath Grouper for anglers seeking a serious challenge. Want to change things up? Shark fishing is always a thrill, with species like Lemon, Bull, and Blacktip Sharks ready to put up a fight—perfect for making memories with the kids!

You’ll fish aboard Captain Ben’s custom-designed 2023 Atlas Boatworks 23F, powered by a 2023 Mercury 200 Four-Stroke engine. This sleek, modern vessel is the ultimate fishing machine, offering a shallow draft for navigating skinny waters while maintaining a dry and comfortable ride. Its design pays homage to classic bay boats like the Aquasport 22-2 and Morgan 24, with a layout optimized for inshore fishing in Southwest Florida. It’s spacious, versatile, and built with your fishing experience in mind.

Captain Ben provides everything you’ll need for a successful day on the water, including rods, reels, tackle, bait, and a blanket fishing license that covers all anglers aboard. A cooler with ice is ready for your drinks and snacks, and at the end of your trip, Captain Ben will happily clean and bag your catch so you can enjoy the fruits of your adventure.

Captain Ben is ready to take you on a fishing trip you’ll never forget. Come see why Southwest Florida’s backwaters are an angler’s paradise!

Driven by a deep passion for the outdoors, Captain Ben has made it his mission to share his wealth of knowledge with anglers of all levels.
