About Your Trip

Join Captain Joe for a fun and versatile fishing adventure where the day's game plan is simple: go where the fish are biting. Depending on the trip length, weather conditions, and current fishing patterns, you'll have the opportunity to fish a variety of productive waters and target some of the area's most sought-after species.

For anglers looking to bring home fresh fish for dinner, Captain Joe can focus on productive bottom fishing grounds where you'll
drop baits to reefs, ledges, and structure holding a variety of delicious species. These trips often produce Snapper, Hogfish, Grouper, and other reef fish that are known for both their fighting ability and outstanding table fare. Every drop can bring something different to the surface, making bottom fishing an exciting and rewarding experience for anglers of all skill levels.

If conditions call for fishing the flats and inshore waters, you'll have the chance to target some of the region's most popular shallow-water game fish. Snook, Speckled Trout, and Redfish are common targets, and depending on the season, tides, and water conditions, you may encounter a variety of additional species as well. Sight fishing, casting structure, and working productive shorelines can all play a role in creating a memorable day on the water.

No matter which fishery is producing best, Captain Joe equips his anglers with high-quality gear designed to maximize both comfort and performance. You'll fish with custom light-tackle and medium-action rods paired with top-of-the-line reels that provide the sensitivity needed to detect subtle bites and the power required to handle larger fish when they decide to put up a fight. The right equipment can make all the difference, and Captain Joe takes pride in providing setups that help anglers land more fish and enjoy every battle.

One of the biggest advantages of fishing with Captain Joe is his flexibility and willingness to adapt to conditions. Rather than sticking to a single plan, he'll focus on the areas that are producing the best action, giving you the greatest opportunity for a successful day. Whether you're dropping baits for reef species offshore or casting for inshore favorites on the flats, you'll benefit from his local knowledge and commitment to finding fish.

This trip is perfect for anglers of all experience levels, from first-timers looking to learn the basics to experienced fishermen searching for quality action and fresh fish for the table. Join Captain Joe for a day on the water and discover why adapting to the bite is often the key to a memorable fishing adventure.
