For those looking to take their fishing adventure to the next level, Captain Adam’s offshore trips offer an unforgettable experience in deep waters. Running seasonally from September 1st to May 30th, these trips are designed for anglers who want to chase hard-fighting predators and bring home some of the best-tasting fish in the Atlantic. Whether you're looking for a half-day nearshore trip, a full-day deepwater adventure, or an epic 12-hour Gulf Stream run, Captain Adam has the perfect offshore experience for you.

The Half-Day Offshore Trip is a 6-hour excursion that takes you 10 to 20 miles offshore, where you’ll primarily be slow-trolling live bait for King Mackerel, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Black Sea Bass, and Amberjack. There’s also time to drop down for some fun bottom fishing, making this trip a great option for those who want a mix of techniques and species. This trip is limited to 5 anglers and includes rods, reels, tackle, and live bait, with limited fish cleaning included.

For anglers who want to go deeper, the Full-Day Offshore Trip extends to 35-40 miles offshore, opening up opportunities for trolling trophy fish or bottom fishing for dinner. Depending on conditions, this trip could even take you to the legendary Frying Pan Tower, a well-known hotspot for King Mackerel, Mahi, Barracuda, Cobia, Sailfish, Amberjack, Snapper, and Grouper. With a 4-person max (a 5th angler can be negotiated), this 8-hour trip offers serious action, and fish cleaning can be arranged for $50.

For those chasing the biggest fish in the bluest waters, the Gulf Stream Trolling Trip is the ultimate offshore experience. Departing at 3 AM, this 12-hour trip takes you all the way to the edge of the continental shelf, where you’ll troll for Wahoo, Tuna, Mahi, and Sharks, while also dropping lines for Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, and Triggerfish. The 3-hour ride out is well worth it for those looking to battle some of the ocean’s most prized game fish. This trip is also limited to 4 anglers (a 5th can be negotiated), with fish cleaning available for $50.

No matter which offshore trip you choose, Captain Adam’s boat is fully outfitted with GPS, radar, outriggers, a live bait well, and a wireless trolling motor, ensuring you have the best equipment for the job. For comfort on long days, there’s also a toilet, bed, and flybridge where you can relax between fights.

You do not need to bring any fishing gear or a license—the boat has a blanket license that covers all anglers on board, and all rods, reels, tackle, bait, and lures are provided. Just bring your lunch and any drinks you’d like, including adult beverages. There will be plenty of water and a cooler with ice available on the boat to keep your refreshments cold throughout the day.

The first mate will be on board to assist throughout the trip, and a 20% tip is customary for great service. Whether you’re looking for a fun day nearshore or a high-adrenaline offshore challenge, Captain Adam is ready to take you on a fishing trip you won’t forget!

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel up to 1 day before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
