This isn’t your average day on the lake. While Walleye bring the numbers, the line-peeling, rod-pounding Steelhead bring the chaos.

This trip covers some ground—Steelhead often require a longer run—but the payoff is worth every mile. These fish hit hard, scream drag, and launch clear out of the water in acrobatic displays. It’s fast-paced, high-action fishing from start to finish, with bonus Walleye in the mix to keep the cooler filling up along the way.

The 22' Ranger 622 FS is built for this kind of mission. Smooth, fast, and adaptable, it allows Captain Travis to dial in multiple presentations at once so you can troll for both species simultaneously and stay in the zone all day long.

You'll still need to bring a valid Ohio fishing license (required for anglers 16 and up), a cooler for your catch, and a second cooler for snacks and drinks—please keep it to two total due to space on board. Wear soft-soled, closed-toe shoes and leave the Walleye rods at home—Captain Travis has all the gear covered.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.
This trip is managed by an outfitter. Travis will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
