About Your Trip

Join us for an unforgettable day on the water as we head out from the dock mid afternoon in search of hard-hitting, drag-screaming hybrid stripers! These powerful game fish are known for their aggressive strikes and thrilling fights, making them a favorite target for anglers of all skill levels.

Depending on the season and current fishing patterns, we’ll use a variety of proven techniques to locate and hook into these trophy fish. Tactics may include
jigging spoons for deep-water action, casting topwater lures for explosive surface strikes, working swim baits through bait schools, or fishing with lively live bait for the most natural presentation.

While hybrid striper are our main target, these trips often yield a mixed bag of exciting catches. You might also hook into white bass, tasty crappie, the occasional feisty largemouth bass, or even a surprise catfish. Every trip is a new adventure, and you never know what you’ll reel in!

At the end of the trip, we’ll take care of everything—your catch will be professionally cleaned and bagged, ready for you to take home and enjoy.

Please note: Departure time and location may vary depending on weather and fishing conditions to ensure the best possible experience on the water. We’ll keep in touch ahead of your trip to confirm all the details.

About Your Guide

Jake S.

Independent Guide
I am a passionate outdoorsman and seasoned fishing guide with a deep love for the water. Known for my energy, knowledge, and dedication to creating unforgettable experiences, I have built a reputation for putting clients on fish and ensuring every trip is both successful and fun. Whether you're chasing hard-fighting hybrid stripers or targeting crappie and white bass, I bring years of experience, local knowledge, and top-notch tactics to every outing.

When I am not guiding anglers, I can often
be found catching air behind a boat. A lifelong wakeboarder, I blends my athleticism and comfort on the water into everything I do. My dual passions for fishing and wakeboarding reflect my commitment to living life outdoors and helping others enjoy it too.

Whether you're looking to land your personal best or simply enjoy a great day on the lake, I am the guide you want at the helm.

Steaks
What’s your favorite band?
My music is all over the place.
How did you get started guiding?
I met one of the local guides on the lake, he ran out of gas so I towed him in. We started fishing together a bit and one thing lead to another and here I am today.
What makes you different from other guides?
I try to tailor each trip to my clients expectations. Everybody has a different expectation of a fishing trip. I always come to the lake with a plan and try my very best to stick to that plan.
