All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip. No opened toed shoes. sunglasses are a preference but for the safety of our guests we ask that you wear something to cover your eyes for protection

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Chris did an awesome job guiding us on our iguana hunt. The day was very windy and he said that ther were a lot less iguanas out. My opinion: Capt. Chris was the best, and that's coming from a former 100-ton Coast Guard-certified captain who ran fishing charters in the northeast for years. His boat was clean and well-provisioned, he came prepared, listened to what we wanted to do and delivered on every one of our requests. Christopher was our guide for an iguana hunt in Cape Coral on January 19th, 2026, and the guy flat-out delivered. It was a cold day and the iguanas were barely moving, but Christopher never slowed down, never made excuses, and never stopped grinding to make sure we had a great time.

He stayed locked in the entire hunt, kept pushing, adapted to the conditions, and went above and beyond by keeping us out an extra hour past the scheduled time just to make sure we got the most out of the experience. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about how much he actually cares about his clients.

If you want a guide who works hard, stays positive, and refuses to phone it in even when conditions aren’t ideal—book Christopher. No hesitation. I’d hunt with him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone looking for a legit iguana hunt in Cape Coral.
