From May through October, this trip offers anglers the chance to hook into hard-fighting Striped Bass, Bluefish, and even Mackerel using a range of techniques, including light tackle, fly fishing, and live bait setups.

Whether you're an experienced angler chasing your next trophy or a family looking for a fun, action-packed outing, Captain Robin knows how to tailor each trip to match your goals. As a Master Maine Guide, USCG 25 Ton Master Captain, and lifelong local, Robin has been guiding these waters professionally since 1995—and it shows. Her deep knowledge of the tides, local bait patterns, and fish behavior means you’ll be in the right place at the right time, every time.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 27’ Grady White center console powered by twin 150 HP Yamaha outboards—a roomy, comfortable, and seaworthy vessel designed to get you where the fish are quickly and safely. With plenty of deck space for up to 6 guests, it’s perfect for group outings or families. There's even a private toilet located below decks to ensure your comfort during the trip.

You’ll cruise out from Camp Ellis or the Kennebunkport area, exploring the rocky shorelines, sandy flats, and tidal estuaries of Saco Bay. These prime striper habitats light up during the season, especially when bait like mackerel and herring are thick. On many trips, you’ll even catch live bait—like mackerel—on sabiki rigs to use right then and there, upping your chances of a big strike.

From explosive topwater eats from Bluefish to the classic striper run along Maine’s iconic coast, this trip delivers the kind of saltwater action that keeps anglers coming back year after year.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.
Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
