Running seasonally from April 21 through June 15, Captain Jay’s full-day trophy Striper adventure offers prime access to the spring migration—when big bass push through the area in search of bait, making it one of the best times of year to hook into a monster.

Departing at 6:30 a.m. and returning by 3:00 p.m., this trip is designed for up to 6 anglers aboard Captain Jay’s fully equipped 26’ Shamrock sportfishing boat. With a powerful 370 HP Mercury engine, spot lock system, and top-tier gear, this boat is built to get you on the fish and keep you there.

Captain Jay and First Mate Arthur bring extensive local knowledge and proven tactics to the table, giving you the best shot at hooking a true trophy. Whether you’re trolling, live-lining, or casting, they’ll tailor the approach based on the bite that day—and make sure you’re in the action.

All rods, reels, tackle, and bait are provided, along with catch cleaning at the end of the day. Just bring your food, drinks, and your game face—because when that rod bends with a big Striper, the real fun begins.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
