The past month has been absolutely on fire. Finding live bait such as cigar minnows and scaled sardines, along with squirrel fish have been the keys to getting limits. Dropping a Carolina rig with 30-50 lbs leader and 3-6 oz weights depending on the current has been the key to success. Can't find the live bait schools, no worries chum up the water real good and drop frozen cigar minnows and you should still pick up a few. Well the weather here in North West Florida has been cooperating but we did manage to catch a few keepers. Just had to doge some storms and weather the rain.

The redfish bite has been consistent day on day off , the larger trout are showing up on the shallow flats and have been catching several over 20" about every day
