Respite has been fantastic tons of mangrove snapper as they are going into spawn right now also some sharks, barracuda, mutton, snapper and big groupers that we cannot keep until May 1 but still a heck of a fight They are going to spawn right now big females crawling around...

Respite has been fantastic tons of mangrove snapper as they are going into spawn right now also some sharks, barracuda, mutton, snapper and big groupers that we cannot keep until May 1 but still a heck of a fight
They are going to spawn right now big females crawling around with 50+ eggs inside of them to re-populate for next season.
We are mid and postponed for Peacock Bass so lots of hungry fish going on beds and coming off of beds. The bike has been spectacular catching a lot of trophy, mounting size Peacockbass.
As far as after the mahi are starting to roll in as these waters, get warmer, we are at the tail end of sailfish season still getting the sales king mackerel biting your round, as well as some Wahoo on the full moon

So Fishing this week has been very good the days we've been able to get out offshore. We've been catching a variety of wahoo, sailfish mahi, and then the days were ensure we've been getting some nice mutton, snappers, and some yellowtail snappers.

Father and son team of Derek and TJ teamed up on the snook and redfish on a recent trip into Everglades National Park. Mike Bucher came down to Islamorada for a couple of days to decompress... and caught several snook and bonefish, all on artificial, and a couple baby tarpon...
