About Your Trip

Our Charters provide an exhilarating experience for those seeking adventure. We offer a range of options, including reef fishing, wreck fishing, offshore fishing, full days, and sunset tours. We invite you to book your tour with us today and discover the thrill of fishing in our beautiful waters.

Experience the excitement of fishing closer to Patch Reefs or Bridges. We'll anchor and bottom fish for a variety of species including Grouper, Mutton/Yellowtail Snapper, Cobia, Permit,
Mackerel, Shark, Barracuda, and other colorful reef fish. Prepare for an unforgettable day of filling the cooler with your catch!

You’ll be fishing aboard a 33’ Invincible center console, a sleek and powerful fishing machine built for comfort and serious performance. Outfitted with outriggers, quality rods and reels, and all the gear you’ll need, this boat is ready to put you on the fish. There’s even a toilet on board for convenience—especially handy if you’re bringing the whole family. And yes, kids are more than welcome! Be sure to ask about youth-sized life jackets, or feel free to bring your own along with snacks and drinks to keep everyone happy throughout the trip.

Your reef fishing adventure will have you targeting a variety of species, including Yellowtail and Mangrove Snapper, Mutton Snapper, Black and Snowy Grouper, and the occasional hard-fighting Permit. Cobia, Barracuda, Cero Mackerel, Blacktip Sharks, and even Hogfish also make regular appearances on these reefs, so get ready for an exciting mixed bag! Captain Aaron will anchor up or drift depending on the bite, using light tackle and bottom fishing techniques to dial in the action.

Live bait is included and often caught at the start of the trip, so you’ll get to experience the full rhythm of reef fishing, from loading the wells to reeling in dinner. All necessary licenses are included with the charter, so you can show up ready to fish and let Captain Aaron handle the rest.

Just bring your sun protection (non-spray sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat), plenty of water, and your favorite drinks (beer and seltzers are fine in moderation—no hard liquor or glass containers). Captain Aaron is passionate about making sure every guest has a great time, whether it’s your first time fishing or your hundredth.

From family outings to thrilling reef rod-benders, this Marathon reef trip with Captain Aaron is your ticket to an unforgettable day on the water. Book today and let the chase begin!

Independent Guide
Meet Captain Aaron, a lifelong angler whose love for the water runs as deep as the oceans he fishes. Raised on the shores of the Great Lakes in Michigan, Aaron’s fishing journey began with early mornings alongside his father and grandfather—an experience that not only taught him the fundamentals but also ignited a lasting passion for the sport. That spark evolved into something bigger, leading him to film a fishing show and provide fresh catches to local restaurants—proof that for Aaron, fishing isn’t just a hobby, it’s a way of life.

With over 40 years of experience casting lines from the freshwater havens of the Midwest to the salty stretches of the East Coast, Florida Keys, Caribbean Mexico, Costa Rica, and the Bahamas, Captain Aaron brings a global perspective and deep expertise to every trip. He holds a USCG 100 Ton Masters License, earned from the prestigious Chapman's Academy of Seamanship in Stuart, Florida—a testament to both his dedication and his professional approach to guiding.

Now based in Marathon, Captain Aaron is all about turning moments on the water into lasting memories. Whether you're a seasoned angler or casting for the first time, he’s ready to share his knowledge, passion, and love for the sport in a way that’s both approachable and exciting. With Aaron at the helm, you’re not just booking a trip—you’re stepping into a lifelong adventure fueled by skill, storytelling, and a serious love for the sea.
