Thanks for reaching out. I have been fishing mostly inshore recently. We have been catching a lot of trout, redfish, & blackdrum. Last week I fished in the Mosquito Lagoon and we got into a school of 1000+ large black drum. Hopefully the fishing continues to be good with this warmer weather. Thanks again for reaching out!
It was the largest school I've ever seen. They were everywhere you looked around the boat for over an hour.

The fishing has been good to excellent on the Indian and Banana River Lagoons near Melbourne, FL. What I mean by that is, we have had very cold weather, especially in the mornings and on the back side of cold fronts. The cold weather slows the bite way down. On warmer, sunnier days, and especially in the afternoon, fishing can be excellent. It looks like our little section of the lagoons from Cocoa Beach to Grant has been mostly (but not all, some tarpon and snook died in shallow sections) spared from the fish kill ð. Sheepshead fishing has been...

Sheepshead fishing has been the most consistent, with Redfish a close second on the cold days. Black Drum, Seatrout, and Mangrove Snappers are also around in the warmer days.
Here's some pics from several recent inshore trips in the Indian River. Fishing has been good & hopefully we don't have a big fish kill with this hard freeze forecasted for this weekend.

Here's the report (please make it my caption): 🎣 The fishing has been excellent for the last month on the Indian and Banana River Lagoons near Melbourne, FL. We had awesome fishing Redfish, Black Drum, Seatrout, and Mangrove Snappers. We still had a decent sheepshead bite as well.
🧊 The return of colder weather is forecast for the foreseeable future. The cold weather will kick the Redfish and Sheepshead fishing back into high gear. Black Drum and Seatrout will be consistently good as well.

Captain David was great. Super helpful, knowledgeable and quick to help everyone. Got us on fish quick while trying to get us on bigger fish. We all had a great experience
Tuesday, June 16th. We launched at 6am just as the sun was coming up. Valerie recommended we use shiners which were ideal. The bass can't resist. We boated 42 bass in an "extended" 4 hour trip. Valerie said that we fish until all the shiners are gone. She's the best.
Richard was great! He was on top of the fish, baiting our poles and getting us unstuck Everytime we got caught on the rocks.
He filleted our fish for us and even let my wife listen to her crappy music.
Five stars!
Rick was awesome! Good at communicating, was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! He made to process easy and fun. We caught lots of fish and saw dolphins and manatee. It was a great day.
Tim is the absolute best! We had a blast with him, he loves fishing, loves hanging out and just having a good time. Was very attentive to helping the people on our trip and we caught a ton of fish! Great boat and great gear. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone
