Trolling is at 50/50 right now but bottom fishing is really good if you can get through the triggerfish! The FWC is going to have to make a no limit on them as they are taking over Reefs and Wrecks, we usually catch around 100 triggerfish with maybe 2 or...

The red snapper are big this year and it should be a good season.

If you need a fishing report : the speckled trout bite has been pretty good; seeing some larger model ones in the 4-5# range , redfish have been mixed in as well with larger ones in the 15-20# range , a few flounder here and there as well as Pompano

Redfish are biting along with trout and mangrove snapper on the bay . Vermillion snapper ,triggerfish , grouper and mackerels are biting in the gulf right now

The bottom fishing in Destin is some of the best I've seen in years right now! We are catching lots of vermillion snapper, trigger fish, white snapper, almaco jack and red snapper. Red snapper season starts June 1st and runs till Aug 18th!
