The Gulf is on fire, Spanish Mackerel, Kingfish Cobia, Big Jacks and big Sharks. Everglades is hot with Speckled Trout, Snook, Redfish, Snappers and Jack's Crevalle. Bridges holding big Snappers, Mutton Snapper and Mangroves Snappers. Pompano are showing up. All eating live bait.

There's been a nice variety of fish in the Backcountry this past week. We're catching Sheepshead,Snook and Speckled Seatrout Weather is beautiful, and waters are calm and clear.

The fishing has been decent. There's a biomass of trout in the bay right now and they're hungry the water temps are equalizing and thusly the snook have started bighting again the red fish we were blessed with a few weeks ago have seemingly left, mackerel in the outer bay and gulf are chewing the bottom paint off and if you can make it out there the cobia are bighting in the gulf. Around town small snapper can be found pretty easy and plenty of Jack action as well.

Islamorada & The Everglades National Park is above average temperatures this year for February and making fishing hot hot hot! From bonefish and permit on the flats to snook redfish and trout. All are fishing excellent the only problem is deciding what to do!!

Chris was outstanding as a captain. Aside from is plentiful fishing knowledge and keeping us on bites all day long he was good to talk to and kept us on the fish the entire time we were out there. Even with a shorter half day trip Chris made sure to get us as much fish as possible in the shortened amount of time. The boat was very well kept and gave us many pointers as to how to prepare and cook the fish we caught. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back very soon!

Paul and first mate Gary worked hard all day on our 8 hour trip offshore. Targeting Blackfin Tuna, Mackerel and Sailfish all day and keeping us over the fish with consistent bites. We used captain Chris for a lobstering charter. We had a 6 people including my son that is 8 years old who is very intuitive and ask tons of questions. I can say if enough how great he was with my son. He is very laid back and exceed expectations on showing us how to hunt for lobster. He made sure that everyone left with lobster. diner. 10 out of 10 experience. Will be recommending to everyone. Also has a great playlist on the boat.
