Bass and summer run steelhead are in full swing, our temperatures have been soaring so we've focused more on fish health and quick safe releases instead of grip and grins lately! Top water and plastics have been hot for bass and typical steelhead gear for the skamania

Big hex flys are starting but the cool night temps have been keeping hatches slight, the best is yet to come on them as July heats up! Despite the hex flies trout fishing has been steady on both fly gear and conventional fishing. All of our warm water species are in full swing and fishing well

The fishing is good on the Manistee River right mow. The next 3 weeks are prime time. I will be putting the big lake boat in April 4th. So, I will be available for charters on Lake Michigan as well. My schedule is pretty wide open. So some trips would be great.
