Hello, water is cooling down very fast but are still catching sheepshead and some great trout along the wrecks and some of the rocky bottom with using sand fleas for bait has been our primary go to here lately. We are starting to ramp up for a winter time striper...

Red drum fishing has been very good sight casting and cut bait fishing for them. The trout are starting to really pick up as the wintering months get coming on casting jigs preferably z-mans 3 inch minno Z's have been working very good. A long with that the sheepshead fishing...

Red drum fishing has been very good sight casting and cut bait fishing for them. The trout are starting to really pick up as the wintering months get coming on casting jigs preferably z-mans 3 inch minno Z's have been working very good. A long with that the sheepshead fishing is picking up around the structures around the inlet and outside the inlet in the ocean.

Cobia fishing has been great this September. We're catching them sight casting and bottom fishing. Trout and red drum have been very good since the water has cooled down, and the artificial bite has really picked up using zman 3 inch paddle tails in pinfish color. Fall fishing in Hatteras is some of the best anywhere. Lots of large and slot drum, specks, flounder, blues and Spanish.
