Slow but bringing a few fish over the rail! A few reds, gulf trout, sheepshead and pup drum in the bay and Galveston Jetty-Channel area on live shrimp. And a few flounder still hanging around

Galveston Jetties continue to produce a good mix of sheepshead, pup drum, along with an occasional redfish on live shrimp. Best bite has been around tidal changes on calmer days. Tide levels continue to fluctuate drastically around frontal passages. Action should remain steady through March.

We are still catching a few redfish, along with pup drum and sheepshead at Galveston jetties on live shrimp. Best bite has been on outgoing tide, coinciding with favorable weather conditions between cold fronts.

There's been a lot of heavy fog whenever we can get around we're able to catch quite a few trout, and the bulls are still running. Lots of fish being caught.

    First time fishing with Captain Jay and what a great trip! Probably the most fish I have ever caught on a single trip. He was extremely knowledgeable and a blast to fish with. Fished under birds and caught back to back Trout all morning that were just undersized. Jay knew we wanted keepers so we kept fishing till we got on a sand Trout honey hole. Captain Jay was kind enough to extend our trip so we could keep filling the ice chest. Thank you Cap! Look forward to our next trip with you.
