Fished a group of guys today from Florida. Despite wind and rain we managed to put limits of reds in the box. Group of five landed 21 reds and a flounder despite the weather. Had a great time fishing with them look forward to doing it again. Fish are biting, book your trip!

Launched out of Golden Meadow, Louisiana to target redfish. We fished the marsh hitting points. Didn't have much luck. So I changed tactics to look for deeper moving water with structure. We free lined live minnows into the structure and pulled out 25 redfish. All redfish caught 16" to 27".
Day 2 of the trip we decided to go after some bull reds. So we cast netted live mullet then traveled to the mouth of a deep cut that empties into Lake Raccourcie. Used cut mullet on bottom and caught 5 bull reds and a few bull sharks. After half...

Captain Daryl was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and laid-back. He made our fishing trip beginner-friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we caught the fish we were after. We reeled in every species you’d want during our inshore adventure! His teaching skills were top-notch, and he never once made me feel inadequate due to my lack of fishing experience. Went out with Captain Davide on June 5,2023. His in depth knowledge of the waters ( fishing he area since he was 9y.o.) really made the difference. We were on fish almost all day. He knew how to target each species and the best place to get them. He organized the day to target species that would keep us reeling fish in. Combination of American reds (15), Tuna(6), and variety of other species . Not to mention the wahoo that broke me off ( Damn near the biggest I ever saw). Ended with a day of heat exhaustion for me, 2 hours of fish cleaning for David, and buying 3 extra coolers for the haul home. Be careful...... There is alot of mean mugging at the cleaning station. Most everyone else got skunked that day. Thanks Capt. David Dr, James Hill Ft. Lauderdale Fl.

Captain Jacob gets 5 BIG stars from my son Tyler and I. We had a fantastic trip with him yesterday. I cannot imagine there is a better fishing guide in the area . He had us on huge donkey red snappers in no time and he took us to many other locations for other species, since we had limited out on red snapper in the first 2 hours of fishing. His boat was immaculate. As a marine surveyor I look at these things as the safety of my son and myself is very important. Captain Jacob has a great sense of humor and makes sure his guests have a great time. Definitely choose him for your trio.
