Fishing has been pretty good, the weather has been perfect, light winds and cool breeze in the morning, been fishing top waters in the morning and past and also, still using live croaker depending on the client and customer ability. September is the lowest or least windy month of the year, next month is my favorite month of the year, a little cooler and No pressure from fisherman!! Book a trip to wade or fish out of the boat!

The bite's been hot lately! Lots of solid trout hitting the decks, plenty of big kingfish keeping lines tight, and even a few nice reds showing up. When the weather gives us a window, the fishing's been on fire!

Lots of tailing pods and larger schools on the flats. Mostly focusing on small natural shrimp flies, although crab flies always work.

    My son and I booked an afternoon fishing trip with Captain Shayne and it did not disappoint. We are not avid fishermen, but my son loves to fish. It was easy to book with Captain Shayne and excellent communication leading up to the trip. He was extremely patient (great with kids), courteous, friendly and easy to talk to. He definitely knows the area and knew the spots to go to catch fish. We ended up catching a lot of trout! My son loved it as these were the biggest fish he’d ever caught. Captain Shayne was a great teacher, showing us the proper way to cast and set with particular fish; he was super informative. Bonus was all the tackle and bait was included, and he baited all the hooks for us. We HIGHLY recommend Captain Shayne for your fishing excursion! We would love to book another trip with him when we visit again. This was my son’s highlight of the trip and he was asking to go back again the next day. Thank you Shayne for your expertise and patience and creating an incredible fishing trip my son will always remember!

    Our fishing experience with Travis was a great one! Travis was very knowledgeable about the waters, the best fishing spots, and what it took to make our trip successful. He was friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire experience. We had a wonderful time. We caught 13 black drum and one big red drum. We would definitely recommend Travis to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and experienced fishing guide. We look forward to fishing with him again!!!! FISH ON!!!

    Dont even know where to start from the initial phone call I knew we had a picked the right captain. Mitch was super patient with us getting back into the flow of fishing. He was constantly cracking jokes, being personal like we had known each other for years and making it a super nice and chill experience. Took us to plenty of spots and put us on fish "some of us lost more then we caught" but there was no lack in chances from not being put on fish. Mitch keeps his boat in tip top shape and very clean and just shows he takes pride being a guide. I would 100% and we will use Mitch again and will suggest him to everyone. So dont hesitate to book captain Mitch because you will have a awesome time from being to end.

    I’ve been fishing most of my life up and down the gulf coast. I’ve had lots of captains. Captain Adam was fantastic. Laid back and easy going but working and teaching all the time. I had my kids, their significant others and my 6 year old grandson. They were all first timers. Everyone caught fish and had a great day. If I’m fishing in Port A, I’m fishing with Captain Adam.
