Fishing has been hit and miss with all the different wind directions, super high then super low tides and the swing in temps and cold fronts that seem to be hanging around. Once we have normal temps,wind directions and keep normal tides the fishing should really turn on here in...

Fishing with my clients has been awesome. The tides have been really low to almost a normal tide height for this time of year. Yesterday we had some fog so we waited for it to lift some and then we headed to the location we were going to fish. Never moved. I'm gonna say we landed 30 plus redfish from undersized to maximum legal limit. We had caught our 4 limits .

We caught about 8 additionall redfish that we threw back…along with the huge tarpon my husband caught. And the area we fished was absolutely gorgeous. A dream fishing trip!!! Redfish Success with Captain Tommy – Rockport, TX Despite a windy day and high water near Aransas Pass, Captain Tommy put us right on the fish. The flats were tough, but he still knocked out a two-man limit of redfish in just three hours—no small feat under those conditions. His personality was a great mix of humor and local know-how. While he didn’t spill too many trade secrets (understandably!), he kept the trip engaging and productive. If you’re chasing reds around Rockport, he’s absolutely worth booking.
