Fishing Report:
The past week has been a blast catching a lot of fish from topwater to sight fishing. In several areas the hydrilla is in great shape and its holding lots of the fun size. In a few areas it’s crystal clear. If it’s dead calm you can see fish crusing. Pitching a small worm a few feet in front will catch 'em. I’ve found a few areas with suspended whites but they haven’t been easy to catch like usual.

On a recent repeat 3 day trip with Mike from Illinois we caught fish non stop sun up to sun down. The scattered storms had us running but each day was a success. The bite was from topwater to 20ft. Spooks and PopRs were a blast as were the several on Tx rigged plastics. The hydrilla is growing and in great shape. Topwater will continue to be a blast all Summer and Fall.
