About Your Trip
If you're ready to fish the legendary waters of South Florida, Captain Keith has you covered. From the shallow flats of Tavernier and Biscayne National Park to the remote backcountry creeks and mangrove shorelines of Everglades National Park, these trips are built around showcasing the incredible diversity of South Florida fishing.
Trips are offered in 4-hour half day, 6-hour backcountry, and full-day formats, giving anglers the flexibility to choose anything from a quick flats session
to a full day exploring multiple fisheries and remote water.
Depending on conditions, tides, and time of year, you may target species like Bonefish, Tarpon, Snook, Permit, Redfish, and Spotted Seatrout while fishing shallow flats, mangrove shorelines, channels, creeks, and backcountry water throughout the Keys and South Florida coast.
These trips are ideal for anglers of all experience levels and can be tailored around either light tackle spinning gear or fly fishing depending on your preference. Whether you want to sight fish for Bonefish on the flats, chase Tarpon along mangrove edges, or explore remote Everglades water, Captain Keith adjusts the game plan to match your goals and conditions for the day.
You’ll fish aboard a technical 19’ Ocean Bay skiff powered by a Yamaha 115 and designed specifically for shallow water fishing. The boat features a rear poling platform and front casting deck, allowing quiet access to skinny water fisheries throughout the region.
All rods, reels, tackle, lures, fly fishing equipment, fishing licenses, and water are included with the trip. Fish cleaning and filleting are also available when applicable.
These trips are family-friendly and a great fit for everyone from experienced anglers looking to refine their flats fishing skills to kids and first-timers wanting to experience the waters of South Florida for the first time.
