Fishing reports straight from our guides in Tavernier
Offshore fishing has been good lately! We’ve been catching plenty of mahi-mahi, anywhere from 12 to 30 miles offshore, depending on the day.
We’re also catching a few tunas, although the sharks have been a real issue at the Hump lately, making it tough to get some of those fish to the boat.
The reef bite has been good, with plenty of yellowtail snapper, and we’ve also been seeing some good action around the wrecks.
Overall, plenty of action and lots of opportunities to put some fish in the box! 🎣🌴

Great summer fishing hasn't slowed down for us down here in South Florida and the Florida Keys. Plenty of big snook, juvenile tarpon, schooling redfish, tailing bonefish, and cruising permit, we have it all this time of year and blessed for the fishery that provides even in the hottest time of year for us. It only gets better now through the fall, book a guide and come check it out for yourself!

This is definitely the hottest time of year for us, so most people don't wanna stay out all day, but the fishing has been fine. We've been catching a lot of redfish snook and tarpon and trout

Great few weeks here in islamorada ! Offshore fishing is definitely picking up with some great schools of mahi out there . Deep dropping has been excellent as well with some nice tile fish and nice sized vermillion snappers coming up as well .
Reef bite continues to be excellent with the mangrove snappers schooling up to spawn on the patch reefs .Also of plenty of yellow tail on the deeper reefs .
Mini season for lobster was a huge success hitting our limit both days pretty quickly . Then lobster opener we did it again with a 4 man...

August is on fire in the Everglades start a regular lobster season and we got to go catch some fish as well. This came based on fire with lobsters and Everglades national Park is on fire with snoop Tarpon redfish and trout Goliath grouper as well running across a lot of those come check us out down here, Joey Flats, fishing in the Florida Everglades.
