Meet Captain Jim—an experienced USCG-licensed and insured Master Captain with deep roots in Long Island fishing. Growing up in Babylon, he spent countless days on the water with his father around Fire Island Inlet and Montauk, later working on sportfishing boats to help pay for college. After years as a high school math teacher, he followed his true passion and turned guiding into a full-time career.
Jim loves sharing the stories, techniques, and local knowledge he’s built over decades, offering affordable, versatile inshore and offshore trips tailored to your goals. Whether fishing back bays from a 23’ Grady or running offshore aboard a 35’ Duffy, he focuses on safety, comfort, and creating a memorable, personalized experience.
