Hit the water in the afternoon (around 4pm) with Captain Jeff for a full blown dusk assault on the Texas Big 3. These twilight trips are great because you can escape that mid day heat. I'm not gonna say its going to be cool (especially in the summer time) but atleast it will be cooler than fishing around mid day! Depending on the time of year and fishing conditions, your charter will be in Estes Flats, Aransas Bay, Red Fish Bay, Aransas Bay, and possibly over in the Laguna Madre and the Gulf Surf. When Captain Jeff launches out of the Redfish Camp Boat Ramp in Aransas pass he is primarily targeting the limits of Red Fish and big Trout in popping corks through the bays, sight fishing the shallows, or drifting shell bottoms. You will target four fish in particular: Red Fish, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Black Drum. This boat is easy to get in and out of, runs in 4 inches of water, and has plenty of room for extra/personal gear, four people (excluding the guide), and coolers. For wading trips, you will leave the ramp, first thing in the morning and target redfish, trout, and black drum. Captain Jon provides wade gear (excluding boots), tackle, and fish cleaning. Live bait costs extra. Feel free to bring your own rods and reels, but he can also provide them upon request.
