Every year, Texas Parks and Wildlife bi-annually releases over 600,000 red drum ("Redfish") into Calaveras Lake. Captain Bryan will set up his 21' Carolina Skiff for downrigging to put your group on the Redfish. Lake Calaveras also offers up sizable Catfish, Largemouth Bass, Striped Bass ("Stripers") and more.

Captain Bryan's 21' Carolina Skiff is complete with twin 150 HP Johnson engines, GPS, fishfinder, radar, VHF radio, and safety gear.

Captain Bryan provides all necessary fishing gear and tackle, including top-quality Penn rods and reels. All live bait will be caught from the lake and is included in the price of your trip.

To end your trip, Captain Bryan will clean and fillet your catch so you can head home with a fresh catch for dinner.

Meet Captain Bryan with your fishing licenses, a cooler full of snacks and drinks, favorite shades, and get ready to reel in some giants!

Morning with Captain Bryan. Awesome, punctual, professional, kept the mood light. We caught a lot of fish. It had rained a lot , he was still able to make it a successful trip. All of us had a great time. My boys have a priceless experience to remember for years to come. Highly recommend Bryan!

Captain Bryan was fantastic, a true professional on the water. With his equipment and experience we caught nine Redfish, two of them keepers that we cooked up. My son has Aspergers, but this didn’t phase Bryan, who joked and had fun talking with him. The Bimini top kept us out of the heat, and we had the best father-son time of our lives!
