With years of sportfishing experience under his belt, Captain Michael knows how to put you on fish and keep the rods bending all day long.

You’ll be fishing aboard a 20’ center console boat, built for navigating the calm, shallow waters of Southwest Florida’s bays, mangrove shorelines, and tidal creeks. With room for up to three anglers, it’s a perfect setup for small groups looking for a laid-back but action-packed day on the water. The boat comes fully loaded with all the essentials: GPS, fishfinder, a wireless trolling motor with Spot Lock, twin live wells, a multimedia system, and an ice box to keep your drinks and catch chilled.

These back bay waters are teeming with life—and you never quite know what’s going to hit next. With Captain Michael at the helm, you’ll be targeting a variety of inshore species, including Snook, Speckled Trout, Tarpon, Mangrove Snapper, Sheepshead, Black Drum, Jack Crevalle, Gag Grouper, Cobia, Blacktip Shark, and of course, Redfish. Whether it’s a quick hit from a Snapper or the blistering run of a big Snook, these fish are ready to test your skills—and your drag.

Depending on the conditions and your target species, you’ll be bottom fishing, casting, or drifting with light tackle. Captain Michael will have all the rods, reels, and tackle you need, along with a selection of lures and live bait prepped before your trip begins—so no time is wasted getting bait on board. Whether you’re sight-casting along the mangroves or working deeper channels, you’ll be ready for whatever bites.

No fishing license? No problem. Captain Michael’s license covers everyone on board, so you can step aboard stress-free and focus on the fun. Some species have seasonal regulations or size limits, and Captain Michael will keep you in the know so you’re fishing responsibly and legally.

Be sure to bring non-spray sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and bottled water. You’re welcome to pack along your favorite snacks and drinks—alcohol is fine in moderation, just leave the hard liquor and glass bottles behind. If you plan to take fish home, bring a small cooler for transport. And don’t forget your camera—you’re going to want pictures of what you pull in.

All gear is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.
You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
