Offshore fishing with Captain Chuck is all about excitement and variety. Depending on the season and conditions, you’ll target dolphin, wahoo, sailfish, tuna, barracuda, king mackerel, and bonita. Trips can be tailored to your preferred style of fishing. Livebaiting techniques—like freelining, kite fishing, and drifting—keep the action steady with tuna, bonita, mackerel, dolphin, wahoo, and sailfish. If trolling is more your pace, you’ll work weedlines, rips, and drop-offs in the deep blue, where wahoo, dolphin, sailfish, and even marlin are waiting. Both methods deliver plenty of chances to hook into something special, and every day brings new opportunities on the water.

Your adventure takes place aboard Captain Chuck’s 31’ Yellowfin, a light tackle fishing machine built for comfort, speed, and stability. With twin 225hp Suzuki 4-stroke engines, a 9’6” beam for a smooth ride, and a shallow 18” draft for catching bait, this boat is perfectly suited for offshore fishing. Outfitted with advanced electronics, twin live wells, and large fish boxes, it’s designed to keep you on the bite and your catch fresh. An oversized T-top offers plenty of shade, and a fully enclosed head ensures comfort during the run.

All the gear you’ll need is provided, including custom-built Eskey rods, Van Staal and Shimano reels, and top-quality lines and hooks. Whether it’s a blistering run from a wahoo or the acrobatics of a sailfish, Captain Chuck will make sure you’re ready for the fight.

Trips are available in half-day, 3/4-day, and full-day options, giving you the flexibility to choose the offshore adventure that best fits your schedule.

I have been fishing the waters of Key West and the Marquesas since I was in high school, As a youngster, I spent three years in the Philippines diving and spear fishing - practically living on the coral reef. In Key West I learned where to go and how to catch the fish before high tech navigation. I live to fish, so much so that, I decided to make it my occupation.

I have spent countless hours diving on the reefs in the Far East and off Key West observing how fish behave and learning which bait works best which fish in which conditions. That experience along with fishing commercially for past eighteen seasons has really given me a deep understanding of how and why, when and where the fish bite. My true passion is to be out of the water, putting people on fish and seeing how excited they get when hooked up with their "big one"! I have guided hundreds of anglers, from novice to expert, to trophy catches. My goal is your complete satisfaction. Regardless of your fishing skill level I Am completely dedicated to making your charter fishing trip the experience of a lifetime.

You're all set! You don't need to buy a license for this trip.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
