About Your Trip

Head out with guide Zane and crew for an adventure that shows off some of the very best fishing Key West has to offer. These private4, 6,8 or 10 hour charters take you straight to the hotspots where we will be searching for swordfish on the 10hr trips as well as dolphin, wahoo, tuna and more. With space for up to six guests, it’s an ideal day on the water for family, friends, or anyone ready to put some serious fish on the line.

On the reefs, you’ll be working live bait and jigs to pull black grouper and red grouper out of their rocky hideouts, with yelloweye and mutton snapper adding plenty of variety to the cooler. Around the wrecks, it’s all about heavy tackle and holding on tight. Goliath grouper, amberjack (nicknamed “reef donkeys” for their stubborn power), and even passing blackfin tuna will test your strength and your stamina. Every stop has its own challenges, and Captain Zane knows exactly how to fish each one for the best results.

The boat comes fully equipped with quality tackle, fresh bait, and all the gear you need—so you can focus on the fun part: battling fish. Goliath grouper are catch-and-release only, but everything else you want to keep will be bled, iced, and taken care of so it’s ready for the table when you get back to the dock.

Whether you’re chasing your first trophy or adding to a lifetime of catches, Captain Zane delivers a full day of hard-hitting action in a setting that’s as beautiful as it is productive. Come ready for big fights, great company, and the kind of Florida Keys fishing trip you’ll be talking about for years.
