About Your Trip

Spend the day exploring the beautiful waters of Lake Travis with Captain Randy on a customizable sightseeing and leisure cruise. With flexible departure times, including a variety of midday and evening start times, it's easy to choose an outing that fits your schedule.

You'll cruise aboard Captain Randy's 27' East Down Cruiser, a comfortable vessel equipped with a stereo system, GPS and depth finder, built-in coolers, a private restroom, and plush seating, providing a relaxing
setting for a day on the lake.

Cruise the scenic shoreline, drop anchor in a quiet cove for a swim, or simply kick back and take in the views while enjoying your favorite food and drinks. If you'd like to stop along the way, Captain Randy can take you to Captain Pete's Boathouse, a popular waterfront restaurant where you can grab a bite to eat or enjoy a drink before continuing your cruise.

This trip is child friendly and is also accessible for many guests with disabilities. If you have specific accessibility needs, please check with Captain Randy before your trip to confirm the boat and itinerary can accommodate your group.

Everything you need for the trip is included. We recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any other personal items you'd like to have with you during your time on the water. Lunch is available for an additional fee if you'd like to add it to your trip.

You're welcome to bring your own beverages, and beer is permitted as long as it's in cans—please leave glass containers at home.

Whether you're celebrating a special occasion, spending quality time with family and friends, or simply looking to unwind on beautiful Lake Travis, Captain Randy will work with your group to create a relaxing day on the water tailored to your preferences.

I have been a die hard fisherman my entire life. It all started fishing stock ponds with my father when I was about 4. I did 9 years in the Army reserves right out of high school. My wife and I met when we were both Stationed at Fort Hood. She was in the Army as well. We have now been married for 27 years. Shortly after we were married we started a Termite and Pest Control company, which we still have to this day. Being a guide is something I always wanted to do, and I finally got to a time where I could. I have been guiding now for 2 years, and I love it. We have 2 sons, both young men now. The youngest is my go to guy for anything I need with our pest control company. We also have 3 other employees, but things are good and I’m what I like to call semi retired.. lol. I would love to have you come enjoy a day on the water with me!
