I moved to the coast in 2014 and started working on boats in between high school and college. I fell in love with the offshore fishery out here and got my captain's license after finishing college.

My name is Clay, and I am a full-time offshore fishing guide out of Port Aransas, Texas. I got my start charter fishing with my dad in fresh water at 10 years old. I moved to the coast in 2014 and started working on boats in between high school and college. I fell in love with the offshore fishery out here and got my captain's license after finishing college.

This will be my 7th year offshore fishing in Port Aransas. Our company's aim is to bring great catches and customer service to the fishing industry in Port Aransas. I absolutely love to make people smile and will make the best out of any situation.

Everything Else to Know

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

He called shortly after we booked the trip and walked us through everything and had great communication throughout the process. Another plus for this company was they are family friendly and Handicap friendly. We recommend them highly and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Action was nonstop when bottom fishing and we easily put full limit of red and vermilion snapper in our box. A couple of shark encounters kept it spicy. Icing on the cake was big mahi hook up we got while trolling on way our back in. These guys knew how to find the fish and what to do when you get there! The boat had plenty of comfy space for riding and fishing. The overall experience was smooth, organized and efficient. We had a blast and will use these guys anytime we want to go offshore.
