About Your Trip

If you’re ready to chase hard-fighting Striped Bass, Lake Texoma is the place — and Captain Chris is the guide to do it with. These trips run up to 6 hours or until your group reaches the daily limit, launching at sunrise (or the time designated by the captain based on conditions and the bite).

You’ll fish aboard a 27’ Bay Hawk center console, built for comfort and performance with room for up to 8
anglers. Powered by a 300 HP Mercruiser and equipped with modern GPS, fishfinder electronics, downriggers, and a livewell, this boat is dialed in for Texoma stripers.

Depending on the season and pattern, you may troll, drift, bottom fish, or jig using both light and heavy tackle. Live bait is included on most trips, along with all rods, reels, tackle, and lures. When the coolers are full, your catch will be cleaned, filleted, and bagged at no extra charge so it’s ready for the trip home.

All you need to bring is:

- A valid Lake Texoma fishing license
- Drinks and snacks
- Weather-appropriate clothing

Whether you’re looking to fill the freezer or experience the thrill of schooling stripers bending rods across the deck, this is Texoma fishing at its best.

Captain Chris is a third-generation Lake Texoma striper guide based out of Soldier Creek (Marina Del Rey) in Kingston, Oklahoma. Fishing isn’t just what he does — it’s what he was raised on.

Chris began his career as a teenager working as a deckhand for two seasoned Texoma guides — his father and grandfather. Cleaning fish, baiting hooks, and learning the lake from the ground up gave him firsthand knowledge of Texoma’s structure, seasonal patterns, and the most productive striper
water on the lake.

With over 50 years of combined family guiding experience behind him, Chris carries on the tradition with a strong work ethic and a passion for helping guests experience the best of Lake Texoma.
