About Your Trip

Join Captain Robert and his team for an unforgettable White Sturgeon fishing adventure on the legendary Fraser River and Harrison River in beautiful British Columbia. These waters are home to some of the largest freshwater fish on the planet, and anglers travel from around the world for a chance to battle these prehistoric giants.

Sturgeon fishing here is available year-round, and the Fraser River system is widely considered one of the best sturgeon fisheries in
the world. These incredible fish can grow to massive sizes and put up long, powerful fights that challenge even experienced anglers. Whether it’s your first time fishing or you’re a seasoned angler chasing a bucket-list catch, Captain Robert and his experienced guides will help you every step of the way.

Trips take place aboard heated jet boats, allowing you to stay comfortable while exploring productive stretches of both the Fraser River—the longest river in British Columbia—and the scenic Harrison River and Harrison Lake, the largest lake in southwestern BC. The boats allow the crew to quickly reach prime sturgeon holding areas while keeping guests warm and protected from the elements.

Sturgeon fishing in British Columbia is strictly catch-and-release, helping preserve this ancient species. Captain Robert and his team follow all provincial regulations and practice responsible fish handling to ensure these incredible fish remain healthy for future generations. Once you hook into a sturgeon, get ready for a powerful fight and the chance to see one of the river’s true giants up close before releasing it back into the water.

All rods, reels, bait, and tackle are provided, so you can simply show up ready to fish. The crew also welcomes anglers of all experience levels, including families and first-time fishermen. Large groups, corporate outings, bachelor parties, and family gatherings can all be accommodated.

Optional lunches or even a BBQ on the boat can be arranged, making the trip even more memorable.

With experienced local guides, legendary waters, and the chance to hook into one of the largest freshwater fish in North America, Captain Robert’s sturgeon trips offer an unforgettable day on the Fraser River.

**Gear & bait supplied.

**GST and gratuities not included.

The team also owns and operates a lodge with multiple lodging options available for guests. If you’re traveling in from out of town, they can help coordinate accommodations to make your trip as smooth as possible. Multi-day trips are encouraged as well, giving you more time on the water and the opportunity to experience some of the area’s excellent Sturgeon and Salmon fishing across different days and conditions.
