Get offshore with Captain Rudy and his team for a versatile big game fishing trip targeting some of the most sought-after species in the area. Depending on the season and conditions, you’ll have opportunities to target Black Grouper, Yellowtail Amberjack, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Striped Marlin, Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, and more throughout the day.

This is a flexible fishery where techniques change depending on what’s biting and where the fish are holding. Throughout the trip, you may be trolling offshore for pelagics, jigging structure, bottom fishing reefs, or casting with spinning gear, keeping the day active and adaptable.

You’ll be fishing aboard a classic 31’ Bertram sportfisher, restored in 2021 and powered by twin Cummins engines. The boat comfortably fishes up to 6 passengers and is fully equipped with the essentials needed for offshore fishing, including outriggers, fighting chair, GPS, fishfinder, live bait well, and onboard restroom.

All rods, reels, tackle, and lures are included, and a dedicated first mate will be onboard throughout the trip to assist with rigging, baiting, and landing fish.

Trips can range from inshore and nearshore opportunities to full offshore runs depending on the target species and conditions for the day.

Before your trip, make sure to check local fishing license requirements and any applicable species regulations or tags. As with most offshore charters, gratuity for the mate is customary and appreciated for a job well done.

This is a well-rounded offshore experience designed for anglers looking to chase a variety of hard-fighting gamefish aboard a proven sportfishing platform.

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
