Spend the day targeting aggressive Northern Pike on the waters of Lake Michigan with Captain Dan. This 6-hour guided trip is built around covering productive water, dialing in seasonal patterns, and giving anglers the opportunity to hook into one of freshwater fishing’s hardest-hitting predators.

Whether you’re an experienced angler or newer to fishing, these trips are designed to be approachable, hands-on, and action-focused. Captain Dan combines more than two decades of Great Lakes fishing experience with a strong tournament background to help put anglers on productive water throughout the trip.

You’ll fish aboard a tournament-rigged Nitro ZV21 powered by a 350HP Mercury engine and equipped with high-end electronics and gear designed to efficiently cover water and stay on active fish.

Depending on conditions and time of year, trips may involve a variety of techniques and presentations while targeting Pike throughout productive Great Lakes structure and nearshore areas.

All rods, reels, tackle, and fishing equipment are included, and Captain Dan will clean and fillet your catch after the trip so it’s ready to bring home.

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
