About Your Trip

Spend the day fishing one of Georgia’s premier freshwater fisheries with Captain Adam on beautiful Lake Lanier. These trips focus primarily on targeting Striped Bass and Spotted Bass, with opportunities to adjust techniques and locations throughout the day depending on conditions and fish activity.

Trips are available in both morning and afternoon 4-hour formats, giving anglers the flexibility to get out during some of the lake’s most productive feeding windows.

Depending on the season and current conditions, fishing may involve a mix of trolling, spinning, jigging, live bait fishing, and heavier tackle applications while targeting active schools of fish throughout the lake.

Captain Adam specializes in trolling both artificial lures and live bait for Stripers and Hybrids while also enjoying more technical approaches like dock shooting for Crappie when conditions allow.

You’ll fish aboard a 25’ Clearwater center console powered by twin Suzuki 140HP motors with room for up to 6 anglers. The boat is equipped for comfortably covering water and staying on active fish throughout the trip.

All rods, reels, tackle, lures, and bottled water are included with the trip, and live bait is available as well. Guests will need to purchase a valid Georgia fishing license before the trip.

Whether you’re chasing hard-fighting Stripers, learning new techniques for Spotted Bass, or simply looking to spend time on the water with family and friends, Captain Adam focuses on creating a fun and memorable fishing experience on Lake Lanier.

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
