We jet across the lake to a secret spot or two, where big striper and huge white bass force schools of shad into the shallows. What ensues is absolute pandemonium, with birds diving, fish and bait breaking the water all around us, massive explosions of water when these feeding bass smash your lure right before your eyes.

4 people is the limit on these trips, because the boats's T-Top makes it hard for more people to cast. We catch a lot of the eater-sized fish on these trips, but we also catch Trophy class Striper, White, Small and Large Mouth Bass. Most days this is a high action, very exciting trip.

Hop aboard with Michael for a trophy Striper hunt on Lake Texoma like no other. These trips are all about chasing size—not numbers. Michael trolls big baits for big fish, targeting Striped Bass 30 inches and up. With baits this large, anything under 16" is rare, and the goal is simple: get each angler two keepers over 20"—and maybe even a once-in-a-lifetime trophy.

Trolling is laid-back and scenic until the rod slams down—then it’s game on. You’ll fish with top-quality gear, all provided, and Michael will clean and bag your catch at the end of the trip. Land a monster? He’ll take perfect measurements for a replica mount or connect you with a local taxidermist for the real deal.

Michael runs small groups year-round, often on low-traffic weekdays when the biggest fish come out to play. He doesn’t chase schools of little ones—no filler fish here. If you limit out early, he’ll keep you on the water targeting solid “mediums” or throwing topwater if the fish start busting.

Everything Else to Know

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip. If you have a preferred casting rod, make sure it has 20lbs+ line on the reel. Whopper plopper lures, and pencil poppers are supplied.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
