Hit the bays of the Texas coast with Captain Landon for an exciting inshore fishing adventure! Whether you're chasing speckled trout, battling redfish, or looking to bring home some fresh fish for dinner, Captain Landon offers a laid-back, personalized experience for anglers of all skill levels.

Fishing out of Rockport, Aransas Pass, and Port Aransas, you'll explore productive bay waters targeting speckled trout, redfish, black drum, flounder, sheepshead, and other seasonal species. Depending on the conditions and your preferences, Captain Landon offers both boat fishing and wade fishing, adjusting his approach based on tides, water clarity, bait movement, and the day's bite.

You'll fish aboard a 2024 Majek Illusion 25+, a bay boat built for navigating the Texas coast. Captain Landon provides quality Waterloo rods, reels, and tackle, along with water, ice, and an onboard ice chest. Trips typically last 6+ hours, giving your group plenty of time to explore different areas and adjust to changing fishing conditions.

Beginners, families, and experienced anglers are all welcome! Captain Landon is happy to help with everything from baiting hooks and casting techniques to locating fish and refining your approach. Fish cleaning is included, so you can take your catch home ready for the cooler or dinner table.

Just bring a valid Texas fishing license, snacks, drinks, and your personal essentials. If you plan to wade fish, be sure to bring your waders and wading boots. Come experience a great day of Texas coastal fishing with Captain Landon!

Everything is included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and anything else you might want on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 14 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 14 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
