If you’ve never fished Matagorda Bay, Texas before, you’re missing out! These waters are home to some of the best Redfish, Flounder, and Speckled Trout in the Lone Star State. On this 7-8 hour (full day) adventure, Captain Peyton will take you to all the best spots to catch limits or even your next trophy!

His 25' JH has an incredibly shallow draft for its size allowing you to chase tailing reds into the shallow water flats and backcountry inlets around Matagorda bay

His boat is the perfect vessel to fish comfortably from, and comes loaded with all the gear, bait, and tackle you could possibly need! Captain Peyton also provides coolers, ice, and bottled water. All you need to bring is your Texas fishing license, a pair of sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.
