This trip is managed by an outfitter. Tyler will be your point of contact and you will go out with one of their guides.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

The deposit for this trip is non-refundable except for weather-related cancellations.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Terrible experience. Fishing trip scheduled for 7:30am out of Pompano. Tyler (boat owner) is a no show with no communication from him or Captain Experiences. Tried contacting Tyler and Captain Experiences, but no one answered. Finally reached Tyler who said they did not know about the trip.

Terrible experience. Fishing trip scheduled for 7:30am out of Pompano. Tyler (boat owner) is a no show with no communication from him or Captain Experiences. Tried contacting Tyler and Captain Experiences, but no one answered. Finally reached Tyler who said they did not know about the trip.
At one point in the conversation with Tyler, he said it was not worth his time to take us out (2 of us), although we booked a private boat with Captain Experiences. He only agreed after finding another client to ride along and share the expense. This was for an 11am trip. This change affected the entire plans we had for the remainder of the day, but there was no way to get our money back otherwise. Still no word from Captain Experiences at this point. Actual trip was a bust, only catching 2 Barracuda and hooking a shark. In Cancun we caught about 15-20 fish (Barracuda, Mahi, etc.) in the same time. I know there are no guarantees, but this haul was very, very weak. I will say that the crew (Tyler was not on this trip) was fabulous. Too bad they work for him. In the end, I will not utilize Captain Experiences again (we have previously) and will either book with another charter company or directly with an independent captain.

Tyler cleaned the fish for us and recommended a restaurant nearby that would cook our catch, which meant an easy and clean dinner for Mom! We had a great time with Tyler.

We were fishing in late December and the fish just were not biting. But he TRIED. Ended up catching maybe ten keepers. He offered a return trip at half price. And was super considerate when two passengers were sick. Returned to the pier to drop them off and then took the others back out to try again.
