About Your Trip

This trip with Captain Adam is a great way to enjoy some of the best fishing that the Texas Gulf Coast has to offer! The Port O'Connor area offers extraordinary fishing for a number of shallow-water species, especially classic Texas gamefish like Flounder, Redfish, Sheepshead, and Speckled Trout. To hook up on these species, you'll be using a variety of techniques including bottom fishing, drift fishing, and casting—all on light tackle.

You'll be fishing from
the deck of Captain Adam's 24’ Simmons Custom boat. She's an ideal boat for the shallow waters of the Gulf, and is powered by a250 horsepower Yamaha sho trp engine to get you on the fish fast! She also features top-of-the-line electronics, including GPS, a fishfinder, and a multimedia system. Everything you need for a comfortable, productive day of fishing is right here.

You're advised to bring food and drinks for the day, plus a Texas Fishing License with a Saltwater stamp. Bring along a camera to capture the best moments, plus some polarized sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen. If you want to keep your catch,, just bring a cooler!

Bring snacks. Rods reels and tackle included. Live shrimp is $20 dollars a quart, croaker is around $10-$12 a dozen.
You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.
We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).
Cancel for free up to 7 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 7 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.
In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

It was a good trip. We went inshore fishing. Captain Adam put us on some Black Drum and some Reds. We only caught 9 fish that we could keep. We caught a lot of fish but the majority were under size. It was a real good time fishing
