About Your Trip

A shark fishing trip off of Orange Beach, AL, is the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico while doing some amazing fishing! On this charter, you'll be on board Captain Bobby’s 24’ Blazer Bay, a perfect vessel for pulling toothy Sharks of all kinds. On these, you can hope to catch up several different species, including Blacktips, Bull Sharks, and Nurse Sharks.

Captain Bob will provide you with top-of-the-line gear and bait, and he will explain the different techniques and strategies used to catch these tough fish. To hook sharks, you'll be fishing bait near the bottom, where Sharks like to cruise for prey. Once you hook one of these fish, you're in for a serious fight; Sharks are famous for their endurance and you might even need to switch who's fighting the fish before you can bring it on board!

When you get a bite, Captain Bob will be there to guide and assist you in reeling in your catch. Catching one of these fish will be a thrilling experience, and shouldn't be missed, whether you're a saltwater angler or just hoping to add some excitement to your vacation! Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this trip will be a blast and will give you great opportunities to catch a new personal best, so get out there and get after it!

Capt. Bobby lives in Orange Beach with his wife Tera and their son Wyatt and daughter Katie Rae! He has been a fisherman his whole life. He grew up in central Alabama working in his father's bait shop and fished the waters of the Tallapoosa and Coosa Rivers. In his teens, he got interested in saltwater fishing and has become absolutely addicted to chasing after inshore and offshore game. He especially enjoys fishing with beginners to this sport and seeing their newly found passion and enthusiasm. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner or a novice I’d love to fish with you! Captain Bobby was GREAT.

The 2 hour inshore is a perfect length of time if you have kids, or if you don't know if you will enjoy fishing or not. My son has been talking about fishing forever and I found Captain Bobby via a Google search. This was the BEST DAY of our trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.

He's excellent and patient with kids - and will clean up your fish and cut it up and provide you with a restaurant recommendation where they will fry up your fish for you.

I even caught a 40 lb Black Drum fish - and it was my first time ever fishing! 10/10.

Capt Bobby was the best! He put us on the fish, was very personable, and professional. He was knowledgeable on all the different kinds of fish we caught. He cleaned and packaged our fish for us and even recommended a place for us to take our fish so that they would cook it for us! Had an excellent afternoon fishing inland with Bobby. He put us on the fish. We had 2-3 fish coming in the boat at the same time. Bobby was calm, patient and organized. The fishing trip was good considering the conditions. The area had a few days of heavy rain before we went out. The inshore fishing was slow, but we still managed to load up a nice bunch of fish.
