About Your Trip

A bottomfishing trip off of Orange Beach, AL, is the perfect way to enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico while doing some amazing fishing! On this charter, you'll be on board Captain Bobby’s 24’ Blazer Bay, a perfect vessel for pulling Barracuda, Black Grouper, Rainbow Runner, Vermillion Snapper, Red Snapper and more!

Captain Bobby will provide you with top-of-the-line gear and bait, and he will explain the different techniques and strategies used to catch all kinds of sportfish species. As you cruise through the nearshore waters, you'll be able to spot seabirds, turtles, dolphins, and other marine species! Once you're over the reefs, you'll begin drifting while you fish live and cut bait, dropping lines deep to attract big bites.

When you get a bite, Captain Bob will be there to guide and assist you in reeling in your catch. Amberjack, Barracuda, and Grouper are all known for their strength and stamina, and catching one of these fish will be a thrilling experience! Whether you're a beginner or an expert, this trip will be a blast and will give you great opportunities to catch a new personal best!

Captain Bobby was GREAT.

The 2 hour inshore is a perfect length of time if you have kids, or if you don't know if you will enjoy fishing or not. My son has been talking about fishing forever and I found Captain Bobby via a Google search. This was the BEST DAY of our trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach.

He's excellent and patient with kids - and will clean up your fish and cut it up and provide you with a restaurant recommendation where they will fry up your fish for you.

I even caught a 40 lb Black Drum fish - and it was my first time ever fishing! 10/10.

Had an excellent afternoon fishing inland with Bobby. He put us on the fish. We had 2-3 fish coming in the boat at the same time. Bobby was calm, patient and organized. There was 4 of us and he did an amazing job of baiting hooks, landing fish and giving well timed advise. We will be back. Thanks Bobby Ray!!

The fishing trip was good considering the conditions. The area had a few days of heavy rain before we went out. The inshore fishing was slow, but we still managed to load up a nice bunch of fish.
