From expert knowledge of local waters to high-quality gear, this trip ensures that all you need to do is show up, cast a line, and reel in the fun.

Captain David and his crew stay on top of the local weather patterns and know exactly where the fish are biting. With their years of experience, they'll take you to the hottest fishing spots, targeting a wide range of species. Depending on your chosen trip length, you can explore different fishing zones, each with its own unique set of challenges and rewards:

10-Hour Trips: For the ultimate fishing adventure, head up to 50 miles and beyond to the legendary Gulf Stream. Out here, you'll be in prime territory, with the chance to hook some of the ocean’s most prized species. This trip is perfect for those looking to experience the full thrill of deep-sea fishing.

8-Hour Trips: Venture up to 50 miles offshore, where the fishing action ramps up. This trip offers a fantastic mix of fishing opportunities, targeting a variety of fish species while still providing plenty of time on the water to chase after those big catches.

No matter which trip you choose, Captain David will tailor the techniques to the trip based on the time of year and conditions. You'll have a shot at catching Hogfish, Spotted Sea Trout, Snook, Red Drum, and many species of Snapper, including Red, Lane, Mangrove, Mutton, Queen, Vermilion, and Yellowtail. You'll also find Grouper, such as Gag, Red, Black, Yellowfin, and Yellowmouth Grouper, along with Amberjacks, Cobia, Spanish Mackerel, Porgies, and even Black Sea Bass.

This trip is fully equipped with everything you need for a fantastic time. Captain David provides all the rods, reels, tackle, bait, and even your fishing license, so you won’t need to worry about a thing. Plus, the boat is stocked with ice to keep your catch fresh until you return to the dock. After a successful day on the water, Captain David will also make sure your catch is ready to take home, subject to state and federal regulations on size, bag limits, and seasons.

To make your day even more enjoyable, the boat comes with a supersound Bluetooth audio system, so feel free to bring your favorite playlist and vibe out while you fish. Don't forget to pack your favorite snacks and drinks to keep you energized throughout the day.

This trip accommodates up to 6 anglers, with flexible options from 6-hour trips for nearshore waters to full-day 10-hour adventures out in the Gulf Stream. Captain David is excited to welcome anglers of all experience levels—whether you’re a seasoned fisherman or a beginner looking to reel in your first catch, there’s something for everyone on this trip.

Captain David was born in Wichita, Kansas, and raised in Bermuda and New Jersey, Captain David grew up fishing the Ocean’s Turquoise and Blue Azure waters of the Atlantic with his father since he was 3 years old. Shortly after graduating from high school, David began the greatest adventure of his life, joining the United States Navy, traveling the far reaches of the entire Globe, and doing a little fishing along the way in exotics ports around the globe. After retiring from 20 years of Naval service, David’s passion for boating and fishing grew when he was introduced to chasing Monster redfish in the St. Simon’s sound and the many other species of fish in the surrounding coastal waters of Coastal Georgia.

Captain David has gained plenty of experience in trading larger-than-life fish tales with the best. From Trolling from a moving Aircraft Carrier in the South Pacific to Catching Ulua from the Rocky Cliff in Hawaii to Chasing and Landing Monster Striped Sea Bass in the Lower Virginia Chesapeake Bay, they are stories you won't want to miss. Fishing and saltwater are in David’s veins, and you’ll enjoy a day of fishing the waters of SE Georgia and the Beautiful Golden Isles.

With more than 30 Years of maritime experience aboard US Navy ships, Military Aircraft, and Submarines, David earned his Coast Guard issued 25-ton Captain’s license in 2021. All of his life experiences have given him the professional skills and knowledge to ensure safety while operating his charters and general maritime operations for both large and small craft, all while showing his clients a great time on the water.

All rods, reels, and tackle are included, but we also recommend bringing sunglasses, sunscreen, weather-appropriate clothing, and any gear of your own you want to use on the trip.

You'll need to buy a fishing license before getting out there. Find out more about licenses here.

We use a cashless autopay system. We'll send you a boarding pass, and on the day of the trip, your guide will scan your boarding pass to automatically transfer the remaining balance. The only cash needed is to tip your guide (we recommend 20%).

Cancel for free up to 3 days before the trip and receive credit back to your account. Cancelling within 3 of the trip will forfeit your deposit to the guide. Day-of cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the trip to their card.

In the event of inclement weather you'll be covered by out 100% Weather Guarantee and will not lose your deposit.

Once you've paid your deposit at checkout, we'll send you a QR Code boarding pass. Just show your guide your boarding pass on the day of the trip, they'll scan it, the remaining balance will transfer automatically, and you'll be all set to get out there. In the event of inclement weather, our guides will check the conditions and make the final call on whether its safe to go on the trip. If they decide the trip needs to be postponed, we'll work closely with you to reschedule or provide a credit for the full deposit, which can be applied to any of our trips in the US and beyond.

Each trip's price is determined by the guide and reflects all associated costs. A significant factor in pricing is often the type of boat and the corresponding fuel expenses. Additional costs may include leases, marina or slip fees, bait, and the expenses involved in providing and maintaining the necessary gear for your trip.
